  • If your product is faulty, start a return via the Self Service Return Portal — free of charge.
  • Changed your mind? You can cancel within 35 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
  • We’ll arrange collection of unwanted machines free of charge once your request is submitted.

Heaters, fans and purifiers

  • Faulty product? Use the Self Service Return Portal for free returns and support.
  • Changed your mind? Cancel within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

Recycling

If we've already collected an old machine for recycling, we can’t return it.

Bundles

  • Items bought in a bundle can be returned individually.
  • If you keep items from a bundle, your refund excludes the value of the kept items.

To receive a full refund, return all goods received as part of the product you wish to return — including accessories, attachments and promotional gifts.
